When Northeastern Pennsylvania water bottling company Nature’s Way was looking at expanding to capitalize on the burgeoning functional beverage market, it had several challenges to consider:  How were they going to add and integrate an entirely new line to its’ existing plant, all while continuing to fulfill their mission to serve their customers with the highest standards of quality?  They turned to AAC for a strategic, turn-key solution.

Advanced Automated Controls Project Managers worked with plant management, engineers and maintenance personnel to identify operational necessities for the new, parallel line, and how it would have to be able to integrate with existing equipment over several different product lines.  Also taken into consideration was planned flexibility for future growth, and safety and functionality for operators.

AAC then put their many years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering into a design solution that exceeded expectations.  Utilizing in-house resources, AAC developed a motion controls package with a custom HMI interface that seamlessly integrated with the customer’s existing equipment.   AAC technicians handled all the interconnections, I/O verification and systems testing, working in conjunction with Nature’s Way to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

In taking advantage of these technical innovations, Nature’s Way was able to bottle and deliver more product at greater efficiency and cost effectiveness than their competition.  This translated to an organic growth that exceed that of the industry by 250%, and expanded product line and reach to a greater market.  All this without sacrificing its core tenants of a superior product and unparalleled customer support throughout the entire installation.
